MOOSE CANYON WINES – 2017
Luscious chocolate-covered cherries join with vanilla, licorice and blackberry to bring you a medium bodied wine with integrated tannins, rounded mouthfeel and a long finish. We suggest you enjoy this wine with pork roast or lamb, or anything with melted Bleu cheese.
Full bodied and smooth, the blackberry, plum and red licorice will fill your senses, the smooth round tannins and full viscous body will coat your mouth, and black pepper on the finish will linger as you continue to savor this wine. Enjoy it with an appetizer of halved dates, a schmear of Cambenzola cheese, and a light drizzle of honey.
Cabernet Sauvignon– released in December, and we are still working on the tasting notes. We hope to get them completed before the wine is sold out!
Meritage– The tasting notes are a work in progress. The blend is 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 23% Malbec and 17% Cabernet Franc.
Merlot– release date not set
